A statistical method that makes it possible to improve
the performances of the wireless mobile communication
systems is exposed here. It consists of separating the
signals in the reception of the communication systems
that are based on the Code Division Multiple Access
(CDMA) technology. The idea is to optimize the
separation of the various users sharing the same
frequency and temporal resources using the emergent
statistical method called Independent Component
Analysis (ICA). ICA makes it possible to extract the
emitted signals that are as statistically independent as
possible. Here, the receiver observes a mixture of the
emitted signals of the users that we want to separate.
Each user has his own code (or signature) of spreading
for identifying him from the other users. ICA will then
be used as a receiver for separating the received signals
without deteriora
