In this work, I propose a lightweight and reliable trust system (successive World Champions) for wireless sensor networks using clustering algorithm. First, a lightweight trust decision scheme is proposed to determine the node's identity (role) in clustered wireless sensor networks, which is suitable for this kind of wireless sensor networks because it will help to save energy. Expiration cancels the feedback cluster heads (CHS) among or among cluster members (CMS). This method can significantly improve the efficiency of the system and reduce the role of malicious nodes. More importantly, considering the large number of data forwarding and communication tasks of community health service institutions, reliability improvement trust evaluation method is defined as the cooperation between community health service institutions. This method can effectively reduce the network although malicious, selfish and imperfect consumption of community health services. In addition, an adaptive weighting method ch level is defined for trust aggregation. This method is superior to the traditional limited trust factors, and the weight distribution method is subjective.
