<span style="font-family:"font- size:10.5pt;">K Distribution can be used to describe the non-uniform clutter of high resolution radar, and is mostly used to simulate the sea clutter. ISAR is a coherent radar, and its sea clutter must be coherent and spatiotemporal correlated. For coherent correlated clutter, the previous methods are to extend the incoherent ZMNL method to obtain the coherent ZMNL model. One of the preconditions for the application of this method is to know the nonlinear relationship between the clutter correlation coefficients before and after the nonlinear transformation. However, it is difficult to find such a nonlinear transformation for coherent correlated K-distributed clutter, so we adopt SIRP method to simulate the sea clutter of ISAR.
