Maintenance Contract

All Licenses include a 12 month Maintenance Contract. Customers under a Maintenace Contract are entitled to the following at no additional charge:
- All minor and major upgrades
- Web-based and email technical support
Maintenance Contracts may be extended in 12 month increments.
