CAM-CLoud Assisted Health Monitoring

Cloud technology assisted mobile health (mHealth) monitoring, which is suitable for general mobile communication and cloud computing technology to provide feedback decision support, has been regarded as a revolutionary method to improve the quality of medical services while reducing the cost of medical services. Unfortunately, it also brings serious risks to the privacy and intellectual property monitoring service providers on both clients, which can prevent the widespread adoption of mHealth technology. This paper aims to solve this important problem and design the privacy protection of cloudassisted mobile health monitoring system, in order to protect the privacy of the parties and their data. In addition, outsourcing decryption technology research and newlyproposed key private agent re encryption is to adapt to the change of client to cloud computing complexity, without compromising customer privacy and service provider's intellectual property rights. Finally, our security and performance analysis verifies the effectiveness of our proposed design. Indexing terms - mHealth healthcare, privacy, outsourcing decryption, private proxy key re encryption. 1、 Introduction the widespread deployment of mobile devices such as smart phones, equipped with low-cost sensors, has shown great potential in improving the quality of medical services. Remote mobile health monitoring has been identified as a potential and successful example, especially for mobile health (mHealth) application countries in developing countries. Microsoft launched the & quot; Holiday Inn & quot; project to achieve remote monitoring of health status in remote areas of cardiovascular disease and diabetes in Caribbean countries [1]. In this remote health monitoring system, the client can be deployed in a wireless body portable sensor network to collect various physiological data, such as blood pressure (BP), respiratory rate (BR), electrocardiogram (ECG / ECG), peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO2) and blood glucose. Then, the physiological data can be sent to the central server, and various web medical services can be run.
