Application background this will connect to any GSM/GPRS Modem to read send and recieve SMS. Automatically handshake with a RTU and update the value in SQL server 2008 database, the RTU send each and every interval. Used in telemetric raingauge Key Technology Synchronize with connected GSM modem where parameters can be set prior to the connection. RTU inteval update can be set using this. MS SQL server 2008 is used as the database.
