The program can locate the upper and lower boundaries of a Chinese video, so as to lay the foundation for subtitle recognition. The accuracy of the algorithm is very high, our experimental test is 96.5%, which is a very high accuracy. The algorithm takes advantage of the sequence information of the whole video and the characteristic of the same width of Chinese font to locate the subtitle position of the video, which is a very innovative algorithm.
