H264 streaming media source code

This example code realizes the RTP package of the standard H264 bitstream on my computer and sends it to the 1234 port of the machine. The VLC player can receive the bitstream from the 1234 port and play it in real time. The code is attached with detailed comments, which should be easy to understand (if you have a little understanding of rfc3550 and rfc3984 protocol)
