LEACH algorithm for WSN routing protocol

In routing protocol, if each node communicates with sink node directly, there are some problems, such as too much energy consumption, too much conflict and low efficiency. LEACH algorithm has the following advantages: as the agent of all nodes in a certain area, cluster head node is responsible for the communication with sink node; non cluster head node can use low power to communicate with cluster head node; cluster head node can fuse the data of nodes in the area under its jurisdiction to reduce the data transmitted in the network; the design of cluster head election algorithm requires fairness.
