Generation of narrowband reference signal for Internet of things

This program is mainly based on narrowband IOT standards, to generate a narrowband reference signal for narrowband IOT downlink channel estimation, using pseudo-random sequence, and the reference signal is mapped to a wireless frame. A wireless frame contains ten sub frames, and the reference signal in each sub frame only exists in port 0, port 1, in the last two OFDM symbols of each time slot
