Exemple hello world for 2.4

This is a graphical demo using STemWin (GUI library), runs on a STM32F103 microcontroller and an adafruit compatible 2.4 TFT display. The demo consists of a main dialog box having one button. Clicking on the button brings up a second dialog box. The interesting part is the LCD driver for STemWin which is included and can be reused for other projects.
