Universal infrared transponder code

General infrared transponder code, through the serial port to receive 30 ~ 58 bytes of infrared remote control code, as required, they will be expanded into PWM or ppm form and drive the infrared transmitter. This is the actual test program, theoretically can control any type of infrared equipment (we have tested more than 20). Due to the interface with other equipment, it is not recommended to use it directly, but the infrared expansion part can be referred to.

A project needs to use the file CRC16 check sum, for binary file CRC check tool is really not easy to find, so I made one. The polynomial is 8005, the initial value is 0. The frame is 4.
