Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the bit error rate simulation of transform domain communication system when the spectrum environment at both ends of the transmitter and receiver is inconsistent. The convergence speed and error of the network under different learning rates are simulated. Compared with the adaptive algorithm, it can improve the bit error performance.
