This package includes the research codes accompanying the paper "Nonideal iris recognition: a systematic study" and a small collection of sample images (20 users). If you want to have a copy of the entire WVU nonideal iris image database, please contact me or Dr. Larry Hornak of WVU. In this database, each subject has four iris images taken - No. 0 and 3 are frontal (0-degree), No. 1 and 2 are off-angle (15-degree and 30 degree respectively). To test this package, you need to modify Lines 6-11 of batch_EI_processsing.m (main program) to specify the right working directory. If you spot any missing MATLAB functions (I wish MATLAB can distinguish all outside programs from its own functions) which prevent it from running, please let me know.
