Turbo encoder adopts parallel cascade structure, which is composed of a pair of recursive systematic convolution code (RSCC) encoders and an interleaver. This kind of Turbo code is also called PCCC. The main difference between RSCC encoder and convolutional encoder is that there is a feedback path from the output of the memory shifter to the output of the information bit.
