Sender: the sender will set a unique serial number for each upper layer message it receives. The received large message is segmented to construct s / R header, such as Ref_ Ref371456073 is shown in Figure 1. After the connection between the header and the data part is constructed, the message with segment number = 1 is sent in sequence, and the retransmission timer is set until the transmission is completed.
