MFC peer to peer chat instances

That uses socket to communicate using TCP and UDP, and OpenCV open camera and video images by what is said above UDP transport. Since this machine is only one camera, camera is exclusive equipment, has not yet been tested on multiple machines. Code looks simple and rough, but some of the source code and general idea I believe can give us some help.
