image registration using non rigid bodies

i'm giving a distorted video as a input.from that i want to take a region of interest(ROI) and i should align the ROI image in order to improve the intensity.after that i should do the non-rigid image registration using dual tree complex wavelet transform. after that i should do the image fusion using DTCWT and then image enhancement. so i need non rigid image registration using DTCWT.
