Multithreaded Windows-based build

Win32 distinguishes two different types of threads: one is user interface thread (UI), which contains message loops or message pumps to process received messages; the other is work thread, which has no message loops and is used to perform back-end tasks. The thread used to monitor serial port events is the worker thread. This program is based on a single document framework, the establishment of two threads, with good results!
