PHP e Commerce Website Purpose: The purpose of this project is to provide the student with a realistic vehicle with which to explore the possibilities of Web based application development using the Php programming environment. The project being used to do this is a product catalog for an e-commerce type web site. Description: The web site shall consist of two entrance points, one for general users and one for adminstrative use. The general use web site shap be used for posting daily and weekly specials and provide the user to search the catalog both by product category and product name.
