Differential evolution (DE) is a heuristic optimization tool. In essence, it is to provide high quality guarantee, based on the idea of real coded genetic algorithm [1]. With the development of genetic algorithm, differential evolution algorithm includes mutation and crossover operation of a gene, but in comparison, while selecting the operation of genetic algorithm, differential evolution algorithm uses one-to-one elimination mechanism to update the population. The advantages of proper differential evolution algorithm in continuous domain optimization problems have been widely used, and the research of evolutionary algorithm is hot.
