Histogram equalization is the work of image processing to obtain a uniform distribution of the brightness of the image. If it is an image with low contrast, it is a process to improve the brightness of the image. Using the cvequalizehist() function, the image is divided into three channels, while in the cvmerge function, the image of each channel is changed.
