Realization function: it can realize object tracking in video, but it must be manually circled, and the camera is USB camera. License plate image, can locate, license plate segmentation, character segmentation, character recognition. Program main interface: open the camera, close the camera, capture pictures, license plate recognition. Open the camera, you can see the image in the video, move the mouse around the object, you can automatically track. When the camera is turned on, a picture can be captured and saved. When you don't use the camera, you need to turn off the camera first, otherwise there will be errors when performing other tasks. License plate recognition, pop-up program sub interface. In the program sub interface: turn on the picture, image binarization, license plate location, character segmentation, character recognition button. Button click order is: open the picture, image binarization, license plate location, character segmentation, character recognition. You can see the result after the operation. As long as the image size is appropriate (not too large), generally can be more accurate results. There are detailed notes on license plate location and recognition.
