SOFM neural network in c++ programs

Neural networks are a new technology in the field of fashion vocabulary. Many people have heard the word, but few people really understand what it is. The purpose of this paper is to introduce all about neural networks, including its basic function, general structure, terminology, types and their applications.
A real neural network is composed of several to several one billion cells are called neurons (consisting of tiny cells in our brains) formed, they are connected in different ways to the network type. Artificial neural network architecture that tries to simulate this biological and operations. Here there is a problem: we do not know much of the neural network biology!
