On the Out-of-Band Radiation of DFT-based OFDM usi
4.0
OFDM is one of the best physical-layer candidates for cognitive radio (CR) systems, but rectangular pulse shaping gives rise to large spectrum sidelobes and interferes with th licensed user on the adjacent band. In this paper, an approach is derived based on the signal continuity to measure the spectral decay rate of the shaping pulse for OFDM. This code show the OOB radiation of the OFDM system by simulation and compare the pulses. To further reduce the OOB radiation spilling to the adjacent band, we can combine the design of pulse shaping and oversampling to suppress the spectrum sidelobes.
