License plate region identifier

This is a c++ code using OpenCV library in order to identify the region containing a license plate of a car.
It gets an image as input and draws a rectangle corresponding to the region of the license plate.
The output is the same image of input, with the rectangle drawed.
The program uses a sliding window that runs all over the image and extract HOG descriptor from each region. Any number of images can be used for this. The desciptors are stored as vectors. This is the training stage. On a test stage the same is done to the input image and euclidean dists between the descriptors from training and the descriptors from testing are computed. The window with the best response is selected as the region containing the license plate.
