An m file that can compute the Root-Mean-Square of waveforms such as a sine wave and a triangular wave. This is an application of the trapezoidal rule method which uses integration as a process. Using the variable b,a,N,T,C,Vp which basically means,
b= the upper range for approximation
a= the lower range for approximation
N=the value of N
T=the period of the waveform (eg. pi)
C= the case number, 1 is sine wave and 2 is triangular wave
Vp= Peak value of the waveform
A built in matlab function was also used for comparison in terms of accuracy.
