Application background OLSR in the implementation of the MANET routing protocol code, OLSR is the key concept of multi point relay (MPRs), MPRs is in the process of radio flooding in the selection of the forwarding broadcast of the node. Traditional link state protocol, each node forwarding it to receive the first copy of the information, compared with it, OLSR to a large extent reduce the forwarding of information. In the OLSR protocol, link state information is generated by the nodes selected for MPRs, which reduces the flooding control information in the network, and realizes the second step optimization. The third step optimization is to select the MPR node only to transfer the link state information between the MPR or the MPR selector. Therefore, compared with the traditional LS protocol, some link state information is distributed in the network, which will be used for routing calculation.
