Design of underwater acoustic communication system

The signal detection system of unmanned underwater vehicle works at the speed of 28 knots, which is 5m ~ 15m underwater. To detect an underwater vehicle with the speed of less than 24 knots, the distance is 5km ~ 10km, and the target reflection intensity is 15dB, the sea depth is 500m, the sea condition is grade 3, and the target can move within 400m underwater. The system is designed and the detection probability is given. The system parameters include: working frequency band, pulse width of CW signal, emission source level, automatic gain range of receiver, signal processing method. Finally, the detection performance of the designed system is given.
