The phone company's customer support program is in asp.net It is implemented on the platform. The project is useful for every telecom service provider to communicate with customers by answering the requirements of having new plans, rechage questions, value-added services, paying bills, etc. Each telecom service provider provides customer support through voice, but the system provides customer support solution through website. This application is developed for basic functions such as user registration, password change, and feedback module.
