Image Processing with filters

This code is to create a prototype of image editing and
manipulating system. Algorithms are implemented into particular images for
further processing. Invert, gray scale, contrast, threshold and colour filters
are generally entrenched in this system. Obtaining Blur, Sharpen effect can be
done using this system. General Image processing options such as Mirror (top,
bottom, left, right) and Flip (Vertical & Horizontal) are also used. Simple
segmentation function is also included in this design
