Moeling and simulation of transience stability on a thyristor controlled series compensation. More comprehensive mathematical equations of TCSC circuit for any period (including the whole transient processfrom firing the thyristors to a steady state) and for the steady state relating to the voltages and currents of the capacitor,inductor and thyristor components are precisely developed by using Laplace transformation. And the accurate mathematicalrelationship between the fundamental impedance of TCSC and the firing angle of the thyristors is further derived by using Fourier analysis. Via the simulation, having a good understanding of the transience stability on a thyristor controlled series compensation.

Modeling and simulation of 500kv power system.The theoretical ground and design realization of alternating current power lines of the new type - Controllable Flexible A.C. Transmission Systems (CFACTS) are considered. Earlier lines of such type had been known as Controlled Self - Compensating High Voltage Transmission Power Lines (CSHVL), as well as Controlled Compact Transmission Power Lines. The CFACTS design principles and the basic CFACTS design directions are implemented. The basic characteristics of CFACTS (500kV) which are studying have great prospects. CFACTS(10, 35, 110 kV) which already built and maintained.

Simulation for Asynchronous Motor Vector Control

Based on analyzing the mathematicalmodel of asynchronousmotor and the principle of vector control, the modules for the alternating current asynchronous motor, the inverter, vector control, coordinate transformation, the flux observer, the speed regulation module and the current hysteresis PWM regulatorwere built respectively according to the modularization idea by using the SimPowerSystems modules in Matlab/Simulink. The function modules were then integrated, which composed of the simulationmodel for the vector control system of the rotormagnetic field oriented asynchronousmotor. The simulation results showed that the system had fast dynamic response to rotation speed, small steady state error and strong ability of anti load disturbance, which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the vector control for the alternating current motor.
