Joseph realized the problem with circular list

Using template classes, and endless chain table realization the Josephus problem, because the linked list class is a template class, so the whole class member function implementations and under the Declaration is placed in the same file. In addition, as some of the members in solving this problem and are not using, but felt no need to delete, so it chose to retain, and perhaps in the future it can be used to solve other problems.
