At first I'm novice at c++ This code is very simple code for 16qam There isn't exist pointer or classes There is just elementary function so this code very slow and long I'm sorry about korean commentary in this code but easy to recognize The dB range is -5 to 10dB ,# of bit size is 100000 and noise dB is 174dBm
