Effect of time delay on System Identification

The BJ(Box-Jenkins) method is used to identify a discrete system as G(z)=0.0181z -11 /(1-1.8006z -1 +0.8187z -2 ). To identify this system the model is considered as Gm(z)=f(z)/(a1+a2z -1 +a3z -2 )where a,b,c are assumed to be unknown and f(z) is as follows
f(z)=b1+b2z -1 +b3z -2 +...bn k z -n k
where b1-bn k are also unknown and also n k is unknown. the system is identified for different n k 's and the results are compared.
A unit feed back with a simple PI controller is used achieve a stable system and some input-out put samples are available for identification.
