A watchdog program for OpenFOAM

There are two shell files in this folder: start.sh & stop.sh. The first one(start.sh) is help you to start the OpenFOAM program more easily.The only thing you have to do is just change the program name and directory to your own, and then you can run it with "sh start.sh"(serial mode) or "sh start.sh -p"(parallel mode).The "start.sh" will check whether your program is running normally or not every 10 seconds (you can change this default interval to any value as you like),and it
