HDB3 encoder

Based on FPGA as a hardware platform, QUARTUS II software platform based on EDA tools to achieve the HDB3 encoder/decoder. Because on the QUARTUS II EDA software platform cannot handle bipolar signals, and HDB3 encoder/decoder implementations include: software and hardware components. Piece is based on the QUARTUS II software platforms to enter code for encoding and decoding system, verify the correctness of HDB3 decoding; hardware using CD74HC4052 mode selector implementation of a dual-four unipolar and bipolar conversion AD790 and SE5539 to convert to bipolar-unipolar. Finally, through simulation, verify the correctness of the programme.
